Delivery and Returns

 

Stock items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.

 

 

Special service will be dispatched within 7 working days.

 

 

All furniture is made to order with a lead time of 4-6 weeks although during busy periods, the lead time is 6-8 weeks. You will be informed of the expected delivery date in your confirmation email.

Orders Outside the UK:

We currently only have standard shipping to the UK. For European or International orders please email us with your requirements, and we will provide a quote.

 

 

Returns:

Stock items may be returned within 14 days of receipt at the buyers cost.

Made to order items such as furniture and engraved items can only be returned if found to be faulty or damaged in transit.
